It would be helpful to have the option to highlight a line when the content of a column is a duplicate of another line for the same column.
If highlighting is not possible, just an option to mark in any way (text, status etc…) a duplicate in a given column, and according to criteria.

You can use the Duplicates and Uniques app for that. Using the app, you can create a template that can run using an integration to automatically identity duplicates in your board.
