I have created several project templates to be used when creating projects in my Portfolio, and it works well.
But the “standard project” template by monday.com is always there, on top of the list and selected by default. I don’t want users to select this one !
How can I remove it from this template list and make one of my own templates default ?

How did you even manage to get your templates appear on the list? Mine just defaults to the standard project template and does not list all other options.

Board templates will not show in the list, only project templates can be found there.
You first have to create a “Project” (with this icon
) in your workspace and then to “Save it as template”.
It will keep the same icon, but will be considered as Template and will show in the list.

I agree that the Monday.com “standard template” should not be the first one to appear on the dropdown once your organization starts building its own project templates. @MondayIT , please update this!
