How to present all features of Monday.com to senior leadership to get full support?

My manager requested me to take tour and show all features of monday.com in 45 min. I want to go prepared. Please point me if there are any powerpoint presentations on this topic and how to go about this. We recently signed up for the pro version. I want to convince leadership of monday.com features so it can be used widely. Any pointers is appreciated and asap.

Hi, I don’t know if you need help still, but in my past experience when I worked in sales selling software, it was best to not demo everything! Its best to find out what the pain points are for the Sr. Leaders and then show them how Monday.com resolves those pain points. After you have shown them how to resolve their pain, then you can show add-on benefits.

Thank you Jessica Mergen for your response. We bought 3 licenses for Monday the Work Management Pro version at present. I have set up some boards, Gantt charts for tasks for a project, a risk register and a contact list board (to show AI capabilities from business card). But want to show additional features so I can convince my leaders for using it for additional purposes and eventually get to Enterprise Version. The more I show is better for me to get some admin resources, Land and Expand kind of… I learned in a hard way that this Work Management does not offer Project and Portfolio Management. I was disappointed on that. Desiree McCarthy, ambassador for Monday.com was very helpful and we did connect on a couple of things and plan to do some joint materials for a future Monday.com conference!!! Kindly suggest what other features can excite VP. SVP level. MUCH APPRECIATE ALL YOUR INPUT. It appears our company use hubspot & GONG for CRM, Jira if needed for any agile in house projects, Asana for marketing campaigns.
