Inserting an image into a Monday Form question

I would like to add an image to the description in a Monday form so that the person filling it out can then choose the correct label for the image. IS this possible. In the Google Form that I would like to replace the image is part of the question.

Hey @ErinHannah

Nachliel from Easyapps here

You can add an image to a form in the description using the img HTML tag, but the description section is limited in its size so if you add large images it will look like this:

However, our monday app Easyform allows you to create styled forms directly in monday that better match your brand and embed perfectly in you web page. here is an example of our form with in image:

You can check out our extensive documentation site, set up a free demo here or contact us at support@easyappshq.com.

I hope this helps

Hello

Hello @ErinHannah In monday forms you can add an image or rich text directly into the form description so the image is visible to the person filling it out and can be referenced when answering

What monday does not support today is attaching an image directly to an individual question the way Google Forms allows. The image lives in the form description or a text field rather than being embedded inside a specific multiple choice or status question

Two common workarounds that work well
Place the image in the form description at the top and follow it immediately with a Status or Dropdown column asking the person to select the label that matches the image
Or embed the image in a Long Text column as a visual reference and place the selection field directly below it

If you want to walk through your exact Google Form setup feel free to reach out to our team and we can help map it cleanly into monday so the experience feels just as intuitive for the person filling it out
