We recently received a similar feature request for our calendar app. Our app shows Israeli holidays, of which many overlap with major Jewish holidays as far as I now.

I’m not very familiar with Jewish culture and would like to understand how we could help our Jewish users and potentially others here to navigate their calendar and holidays better. It’s easy enough to add such information, but I think there are different needs :blush:

Hebcal is a great source of such information, but I’d love to understand what different people need. Different countries, different varieties of Judaism, major/minor holidays? Do people want every Jewish calendar day in their calendar, or just the Rosh Chodesh? In addition to the Gregorian calendar?
