We are monday.com experts and a certified monday.com partner whose mission is to coach clients in monday.com best practices and help build their system in a way that helps them thrive and be successful. We are searching for new team members who love monday.com to our team!

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful web application setup, support, and strategic training in a business environment and monday.com knowledge.

Key Roles:
Service Delivery

  • Coach clients on monday.com’s basic and advanced features and best practices
  • Deliver excellent customer service via email, video calls and monday.com
  • Work with clients to understand their workflows and eliminate isolation, inefficiencies, redundancies and work silos
  • Configure boards to help support those workflows
  • Use logic to setup helpful workflow automations
  • Configure integrations with other apps
  • Implement useful integrations and automations within monday.com and utilize 3rd party integrators such as Zapier and Integromat
  • Assist Sales Director in nurturing existing clients to expand their monday.com account, engaging more of their business processes and teams
  • Provide live user training for groups of 2-50
  • Record training videos
  • Complete projects on time
  • Engage in the Monday.com community

Other

  • Assist with Marketing and Content creation as needed
  • Recommend relevant license upgrades and annual agreements
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery team in creating written training and sales materials, designing demo assets, and refining internal processes

Requirements

  • Takes ownership and initiative of the work, can work independently but has a strong sense of team

  • Proficient at working from home
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to independently learn new processes and skills
  • Exhibits critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • 2+ years of proven experience in similar work
  • Working knowledge of Excel, JSON, webhooks is a plus
  • Experience working a project, event or product management capacity is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, computer science, or a related field nice to have but not required
  • Experience in B2B is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
