The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful web application setup, support, and strategic training in a business environment and knowledge.

Key Roles:
Service Delivery

  • Coach clients on’s basic and advanced features and best practices
  • Deliver excellent customer service via email, video calls and
  • Work with clients to understand their workflows and eliminate isolation, inefficiencies, redundancies and work silos
  • Configure boards to help support those workflows
  • Use logic to setup helpful workflow automations
  • Configure integrations with other apps
  • Implement useful integrations and automations within and utilize 3rd party integrators such as Zapier and Integromat
  • Assist Sales Director in nurturing existing clients to expand their account, engaging more of their business processes and teams
  • Provide live user training for groups of 2-50
  • Record training videos
  • Complete projects on time
  • Engage in the community


  • Assist with Marketing and Content creation as needed
  • Recommend relevant license upgrades and annual agreements
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery team in creating written training and sales materials, designing demo assets, and refining internal processes

  • 2+ years of proven experience in similar work
  • Working knowledge of Excel, JSON, webhooks is a plus
  • Experience working a project, event or product management capacity is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, computer science, or a related field nice to have but not required
  • Experience in B2B is a plus

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
