We are a multi user business where our staff on jobs cannot access files they need from the mobile phone app. Our team saves all files within the file gallery. This should be made available in the mobile app. We’re currently working around this system deficiency by then duplicating our entry in the ‘Updates’ tab and manually adding in the files so that our ground crew are able to access the files they need as they are not at computers like our admin team. Is this a known issue? When would there be a fix for the mobile app to access all files saved in Monday.com
