New Item Automates New Group

CONCEPT:
When a new item is created, a new group by the same name is created in another board.

USE CASE:
I have a board where each item is a project with general overview info. I have another board for each production department, and would like the creation of the new project item in the overview board to generate new groups with the project name in each production board so line items/tasks for the projects can be tracked as items within the project group.
