Number of updates, by person (and by projet / date...) in advanced statistics

Hi, I tried to see the number of updates of my Monday’s user. It would be also nice to filter by project. I would be able to know, for one project, and may be for one period, how many updates / comments were posted by the invited people…
thanks a lot !

You would need Number column on board name it Updates Posted. And then you can build automation like that, When update is posted increase number( Updates Posted column) by 1.

It will keep on adding and you can see in column how many updates have been posted.

If you want to track each update, build automation like when update is create subitem, which would become messy. But you can try.

Let me know if you do not understand or need help with it.

Hi rehan ! thanks for your answer.
It could be a solution… However, I would like to have this stats on the “statistics” page of the product, not especially linked to one or to… all the boards. You’re right, it would be messy and heavy (for the application… and me ;))

I was looking for the available statistics (clicking on my profile), and found this screen very interesting. So It would be very nice to centralize this information here.

Thanks a lot,
Aurélie.

Hello @ascheubel ,
I think the Board Email Report app exactly meets your case. There are 2 types of automated reports on a board and item level. On an item level you can get the following reports:

  • Updates by a specific employee
  • Updates mentioning a specific employee
  • Updates containing attachments
  • Status updates
  • Last updates

You set up automation rules to get reports every day (week, month) with consolidated updates and detailed xls-report as an attachment. This is how it looks:

You can test the app and check if it works for you. I hope you’ll find it helpful. Also, our team can make custom automation for your case in terms of item updates, just reach out to us.

Hi @Iryna_Belaya , thanks for your answer !
However, I noticed that this app is not free. Isn’t it another way to do that without the app ?

Thanks, Aurélie.
