I use ‘pin to top’ to produce a chronicle or report of the last action taken on an Item. It is a kind of history on what has happened, where it goes next or what I am waiting for. My Items are usually a task oriented projects. It would be good if when the Update is pinned, to have a column formatting option within this update. This would allow me to visually organize the notes better. Typically for me one column would be the date, and the other a note. It would make the report easier to process and convey.
