Hello - It would be great to have the “Project Health” status in the Overview feature available on shareable boards, similar to how it works for Main and Private boards. Currently, the “Project Health” feature disappears when a board is made “shareable” when they are connected to a portfolio. Most of the boards we need to assess for health status are shared with clients. It would be beneficial to have this status visible to internal members or to have the option to share it with customers.
This is one thing that is really frustrating we are just running into during our roll out. Wish I could vote more.
The fact a board being shareable breaks the mirror columns for all projects effectively removes the benefit of the Portfolio. One of the main selling points of monday.com for us. And the fact the workaround is to then have everyone you want to see those mirror columns in the Portfolio to then be invited to those boards makes managing all of it real clunky and unintuitive.
Bumping this as it is annoying and should not be the default behavior.
The project health is not confidential or privileged information that we would want hidden from external partners we have chosen to share the board with. Also, the project health does not disappear from the portfolio view or the project insights view from the portfolio. Why remove the project health dropdown from the project board but leave it in the portfolio and project insights pane?
