Automated Emails Based on Group and Time Period.

I would like the ability to send automated emails using the ‘every time period’ trigger and have the ability to set ‘and only if’.

this can be used to send emails to chase documents regularly.

Enable “Every time period” automation with an “Only if” condition to send emails based on group and status.
Example: “Every Monday at 9 AM, and only if Status is ‘Pending’, notify Assigned Person.”
This setup ensures targeted reminders for document follow-ups without manual effort.

Hi, there is no option to add a “Only if” condition when using Every time period. The + Symbol is greyed out. Is there any other way?
