Restrict Form Links in service portal to specific teams or users

Description

I have created a service portal for my company. I would like to be able to add forms to the portal and restrict them based on the user’s team or restrict to certain individuals.

What are you trying to achieve

I am creating 2 forms for onboarding/offboarding. This is purely for HR and creates a series of tasks and automations. However, I do not want other teams in the company to fill out the form. It would be good to be able to do this for other forms too such as our purchase request forms so I can restrict them to managers and team leaders.

I don’t think so this feature is available in workforms but if you are willing to use 3rd party app you can try my app OnlyForm
