Send emails from a default email address per Organisation

Hey all,
we are having the internal policy, that an application is not allowed to send emails directly as a user. It would be awesome, if you could set up a organization-wide email account, where when activating the outlook integration, this email is used.

A bit more background information: We train our employees a lot in terms of Security Awareness and make them aware of checking if emails are sent from suspicious email addresses. However, when we activate now the integration, how would they know if this was sent by the person directly or an automation???

This is a real concern, also as the email would be always sent by the one person per board no matter if the person has triggered the automation or not.

That’s a good point.

For those that can’t wait this to be implemented, you can consider switching off the native email automations and use something like Make.com or Zapier.
