Hello,
Under customisation I have added Need To Start as an additional status option, however when creating a new board this status is not available in the dropdown.
So it appears the function is not working?

Anyone know why it’s not working?

It seems that it does appear when adding a new status column to the board.
Apparently very new board is a template that can’t be adjusted, making the customisation option in my opinion mostly pointless at this point…
I had the same issue. I had to update my Template’s Status column and after that all new boards I created using my saved template had the correct statuses.
I also had to manually update all existing boards to include the new status as they do not update when you update the defaults.
