How do I get an overview in a bord (or dashboard) of the status of a specific task “create offer” in all the boards of a workspace?
I followed the suggestion to use bord connections and mirror columns. That’s a start but it requires you to manually add rows to the overview board. And you still have the column “item” that has no use.

Hi @jacobeeckhout - in your current setup, if you added an automation to create an item in your overview board once the task identifier has been set (say, status = “create offer”) and connect it back to the originating board. I would also use a column to register when the item has been sent to your overview board in order to reduce potential duplication.
ie: When Status changes to “Create Offer” And only if “Sent to Overview” is No, create an item in “Overview Board” and connect it and then set “Sent to Overview” to Yes
Your overview board will just be a set of mirror columns with no manual intervention required.
You could also review 3rd party apps like Rollup Multiple Boards that can also offer similar functionality.
