Show empty values in axis on charts

We use the charts to show the responses from training evaluation forms. We score on a scale of 1-10, 1 being not good 10 being excellent Having the non-answered labels on the x axis is an incredibly useful visual as at a glance we can see if we are scoring high or low.

@Lucyj1983 oh, now i understand and 1 is the low value and 10 is the excellent value. and also tell me is thsi topic also almost the same: Is there a way to have empty dates populate on the xaxis?
