Status Automate with Time Tracking, but logs not accurate.

Hi Monday.com

I have a concern regarding the, Status > automate > time tracking.
I tried to create a Status and I changed the Laber to “Start” and “Stop”
this column “status” are automate if changed to Start the time tracking will Start.
and when Stop the time tracking will stop. with a security I applied on the time tracking column, I restricted it to other board subscription into the “Time Tracking Only”, just to secure the logs and never delete by anyone, as per testing it was ok when I tested it.

However, when my Collegue tried to do the Start and Stop. the logs appears into the Time tracking was not changing and still my Name appears in the time tracking logs.

I already concern this to support and they tried to do workaround but its all failed because they said the person who create the Automate are the only one appear in the logs.

and It was really sad, and he said he reaching out this concern to the developers and also instructed me to do feature request here. Hoping to have a solution with this function.

Hi @edimar.zorilla there is a new app called Smart Timer and Team Tracking which has the same look and feel as the native timer but with additional features and reporting.

I had heaps of issues with the native timer for our service based business, so got our dev to build a solution which we have recently released to monday.com marketplace.
