Teams not visible/selectable in forms

Hi,
We made a from to create new projects. But we would like to assign a team.
However it’s impossible to do because the teams are not shown in form view.
The teams can be found and selected in the normal table view.

Is there an easy way to fix this?
PS the option to restrict the people column to only teams or only members or selected members would be A-mazing!
