I need to create a landing page through which the form data can be filled out by the client, and I have the right to reject and accept the data, and it should be linked to the crm control panel.

You can use the Workforms embed feature to embed the form into your landing page. Form results will then be reflected in the associated board for you to analyse 
You can then connect that board/link the information to your CRM board, if this is your end goal
