Workflow to Notifiy any changes in the item.

I have several project items and I want to be notified for any changes made by the resource, email me any specific item they change e.g. column if they update the column. If they added new comment in speech bubble etc

You can do it with workflow center. You’ll need another to notify you when updates happen, but this will notify when any column changes.
