I would like to suggest an option to customize the “Thank You” end page based on the user’s answer. For instance, if the question requires a “yes” or “no” answer, and a “no” answer means the user cannot proceed with the form, then the “thank you” end page after a “no” answer should express regret and state that further support is not possible.
If they answer “yes”, and move on to the second questions, and in that second question the user answers “no” again to check if they are from UK, then the form should end and the page should mention that support is only available for people from the UK.
