When automations create new items or subitems, they currently generate with no update/comment history. This requires users to manually add context afterward, which is inefficient and risks missing important details. Having the option to automatically include an update/comment bubble text during creation would ensure that every task or subtask arrives with the necessary instructions, notes, or references already attached.
