Ability to view in the dashboard all team members assigned in a board/multiple boards

We are trying to create a dashboard to display progress with a specific project that can have many workstreams. We would like an easy way to display the full team working on this project but there is no way to display a list of team members assigned to any items in the selected (and filtered) boards.
