+1. I just created a form where section headers would have been incredibly helpful, and Iā€™m surprised this feature isnā€™t available yet.

In the meantime, Iā€™ve created labels on my board as placeholders for section headers and set up an automation to name them according to what I would have used as headers on the form. While itā€™s not ideal, it helps me and my team stay organized when reviewing form submissions.

Voted for this feature as well. Forms could be complicated sometimes and having sections could definetly improve the user experience.

Iā€™d love for this feature to show up! Itā€™s constantly asked by my team. We use forms constantly, and the need for sections and headings is vital.

Additionally, if there was then a way to flexibly paginate the sections. Thatā€™d also be useful.

Finally, similar to Google Formā€™s section-based answers, having the ability to select which section will be asked/answered based on a question would be helpful. Although there are condition-based questions already in workforms, it is sometimes very frustrating and difficult to add or move questions. Additionally, we sometimes have to duplicate certain questions depending on certain answers.

Right now, this feature is under active consideration. As part of our broader efforts to improve the forms experience, weā€™re currently rebuilding parts of our infrastructure and layout to support the ability to introduce sections in the future. This foundational work is a big step toward making this possible!

10.2025- This thread is marked as Resolved - but there is still no feature to break a Form into different Sections.. Is the ā€œSolutionā€/resolution just that it has been added to the long-term list of things to do?
