Description
Please add the ability to have headers and notes in Forms. Right now it’s impossible to add anything that doesn’t have some sort of answer field, and this confuses our recipients.
What are you trying to achieve
We would like the ability to divide our forms into different sections, with headers at the beginning of each section for ease of use for our recipients. Also if we could add a note at the bottom that would be really helpful too.
