Admin ability to set default email sharing settings

It would be a huge help to allow the admins of our organization to set/mandate the email integration sharing settings to be “View only” instead of “Private”. As a rule across our enterprise we want our Gmail integration to be viewable emails for all users by default. I am seeing some team members with their emails set to private (on accident I believe), but this can have negative impacts on open communication in the event a team member is out of the office.
