CRM - automated emails come in but when I go to view the email it says Private email

I know someone on my team has set up the automation so when we send or receive an email from a particular client we get a notification to go an view the email. When I go to view the email it says Private email, what setting does the owner of the automation need to choose so the whole team can view all emails that coming and going? thank you

If I am understanding correctly, I believe you’re referring to the sharing and privacy settings in the Emails and Activities app.

Whoever is the owner of the connection will need to adjust the sharing settings so that the team is able to view the emails:
