We are trying to create a system in which we send automated email content reminders to our clients, from each of our marketing team members dependant on certain date columns being met on Monday.
We would also like to have these emails personalised for certain clients, and for replies to be sent to our marketing team, or at least a centralised inbox. We have over 100 boards we would like to set this up for. What would be the most effective way to get this done?

At this stage, you would need to set up those automation email reminders across each of those boards as it isn’t currently possible to set up an automation that applies across a bulk number of boards, I am really sorry for the inconvenience!
You are able to set up automation templates so that it’s easier to apply the automation in the board, however this will still require you to head into the automation center of each board to have the recipe applied.

We run this very well sending out timed delay HTML personalised emails based on date columns, status changes etc that are from a separate email address and response address also different.
To do this we use the General Caster app and Microsoft Power Automate. If you run Microsoft Business 365 etc then happy to discuss in more detail.
