In ‘Monday Service’ there is a powerful AI assistant that can draft replies to incoming emails, using all item context from the ticket. This allows the AI to prepare a contextual email reply as a draft, instead of only generating new outbound messages.

We would like AI reply functionality available to be enabled in monday CRM — including the ability to draft replies to existing email conversations.
This would significantly streamline follow-ups, reduce manual writing time, and help sales teams respond faster and more consistently directly inside the CRM.
