Allow custom entries in multi-select questions in forms

When selecting multi-select questions, I often need to add an “Other” choice and have it conditionally go to a Text question where they can type their entry. It would be much cleaner and would eliminate unnecessary columns if users could simply type their answer within the multi-select questions. MS Forms has this feature, for reference.
