Can we send the answers from multiple FORMS to one board, specifically, one group on that board? For example, our members complete a form at the start of each quarter and then a separate “results” form at the end of the quarter. I would like the answers to both to appear on the same board, and especially within the same group and “item.” This will allow us to see start and finish data in one place for each person without having to switch back and forth between multiple boards that are in different orders.

To clarify, the answers to Form #1 would populate the first 5 columns. The answers to Form #2 would populate the next 3 columns on the same item.
You can create multiple form views within the same board. This will allow you to have multiple different forms, each with their own unique URL link that you can share with people.
All of the form submissions will populate into the same monday board, and you can use the settings within the form view to select which Group you’d like the answer to be added to:
Currently it’s not possible to have a form submission update an existing item - each time a form is filled out it will create a new item on the board. This is the case whether using one form or multiple. I can definitely appreciate how this would be a useful addition to the platform for yourself, and I’m sure for other teams too, so I would highly recommend opening a thread in our Feature Request section.
