While we’re bribed, I believe the impact of Same Item Multiple Boards this year was really enormous and created a new standard for monday apps.
The amount of reviews, the in-person feedback we’re getting, and the workflows users are able to build with it are really improving the way people work
DocuGen - we tried them when they first came out, but we struggled to put everything together. They have continued to improve their app and supporting documentation. We use them weekly to generate documents from our boards. Support is excellent if you have issues.
Match Index Column - Game changer for our workflows. It removed the issues of making changes travel from board to board. You change something on a board an it cascades automatically to the others. Very nice and efficient.
The price structure for this app is also very nice, with a one time payment that allows you to use it as much as you want, without having to justify the expenses every year.
Developers are happy, management is happy, this is our app of the year.
Kanbanify! This app has significantly improved the way we manage our projects. Each team member has their own personalized dashboard, giving them a clear view of their tasks and priorities. The kanban layout has made our standups more concise and focused.
The developer, Appstorm, has been great—responsive and committed to delivering a quality product.
With the developments in 2024, I find the Superform application extremely efficient. In particular, the ability to create sub-items through forms has made it much easier to handle tasks like procurement, expense entry, invoice, and payment tracking.
Kanbanify. Easiest nomination of my life. I never comment on these things but for this I had to. The product is fantastic, but the customer support… the customer support is like nothing I’ve experienced before. I don’t even know how it’s even commercially viable. The team were absolutely incredible at answering any questions, tweaking the product to suit our needs. It felt like we had an in-house tech team. We recently migrated from Trello and it had been quite a mess. This new migration project required individual spaces (dashboards) with Kanban boards for each users so they can easily see everything they had to do for the day, and Kanbanify allowed us to create this. These dashboards have allowed us to simplify our very active collection of projects and save hours of headache switching between projects that can be quite overwhelming.
