We work with image, audio and video files and are concerned about fidelity. Are they compressed on upload to an update or the Files folder and uncompressed before (single file) download? I realize they are zipped when downloaded in a group.
Hey @csaw! The platform shouldn’t compress the files, however we do have file size limitations (500MB is the maximum file size in each item) so if they are high resolution files, it is best to upload them as a zip, in case you are uploading a fair few!
