Automation help in subitems with contacts

I work for a company where we are adding event attendants to our master document. Attendees are added as subitems to the main row of the event. The attendee name is the first item under “Subitem” then I have to search the attendee’s name in a column that is mirrored to our contact board.

Is there a way to automate this process? I would like to copy and paste the names into a list of subitems, then have the automation search for each name on the contact board.

You can do this. with the help of third party automations. because searching and then populating data from other board at subitem level can only be done by the automation tool
