Better Branding or Website Integration of WorkForms

I’ve searched but am unable to find what it is that I’m looking for. I am brand new to Monday.com and am still building on my skillset. I am loving Workforms and it is great for us as form builder.

What I am attempting to is to better brand our forms into our website. For a CMS, we use Joomla (ver 5) with a Yootheme template. I would like to either better integrate the form directly on to our website or better edit our workforms to better blend with our website.

So, for you that are adding forms to your website, what are you using for embedding or integration?

Hey Taylor! Welcome to the monday Community! :slightly_smiling_face: Shannon here with the monday team.

If you’re looking to embed your form directly onto your website, you can use the code generated for your form. If you click into the view for your form, click “Share form”:

From there, click the down arrow > “Embed”:

You can copy the code from there:

Let me know if this helps. :slightly_smiling_face:

Yay! No worries at all–happy to help. :slightly_smiling_face:

I usually embed the form with the iframe code and then tweak colors, fonts, and spacing in the WorkForms style settings so it blends better with the site’s template.

You can get a cleaner match to your Joomla setup by embedding the WorkForm in an iframe and then styling the container in your Yootheme builder so it blends with your colors and spacing. I’ve done similar brand-matching work before and sometimes leaned on luckybrand.agency for tweaks when I needed form elements to feel more native to the site. Keeping the wrapper styles tight usually makes the form look right at home.
