We’ve created a system using Monday.com, Make.com, and OpenAI to help HR teams and directors manage employee leave more effectively.
Here’s how it works: When an employee’s leave is approved, our system sends a reminder email to HR and directors two days before the leave starts. This way, everyone knows in advance who will be on leave and can plan ahead.
This has made managing leave much easier and has improved overall planning in the company.
