Submission Process:
1)Employees will submit their daily status updates through the Monday form. π
2)This information will automatically generate an item on our Monday board. π
Notification to HR:
1) Once the item is created, a notification will be sent to our HR team via Teams. π¬
2)This ensures that HR stays informed and can address any concerns promptly. π©βπΌπ¨βπΌ
Mail to Team Leaders:
1)Simultaneously, an email will be dispatched to the respective team leaders. π§
2)Team leaders will have a clear overview of their team's progress and can provide necessary guidance. π
