Blocking off days across multiple projects to avoid scheduling conflicts

Hi,

We are a content creation agency that specializes in video. We are trying to find a way to block off shoot days so we don’t accidentally double book ourselves. Is there a way to do this? I was going to setup custom company holidays or weekends so we could see it in both Gantt and Calendar view but it doesn’t appear that I can do this.

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can implement this feature?

I’m imagining the status labels could be different video shoots that you’re doing, so you could see which projects/shoots you were doing on which day.
