We use the beta version of the work management module as a project and task management tool.
In this version, it is already possible to create a portfolio as an object. All project boards that are linked to the portfolio receive a new symbol in front of the name.
However, if I now delete a corresponding board from a portfolio, the icon for the project is retained. As we use highly configured boards, the solution proposed by customer service of simply creating a new board and moving the corresponding elements is far too much manual effort.
Our requirement is therefore to automatically assign the standard board icon to the boards that belonged to a portfolio but have since been removed.
