We are very happy users of Monday.com but would like to upgrade to the next level in our business while maintaining the use of Monday.
The business offers trips to customers and registration is currently managed manually, with Monday serving as a management platform for trips, registrants, schedules, guides, salaries, etc.
We feel that we have matured for the next stage where we would like external users to manage their subscription independently through a dedicated booking application.
Example of tools that we would like to manage in it:
Ordering a subscription that includes several trips, and separate individual trips with a limited number of users
Changing a trip independently from a list of other trips (including other subscribed groups)
Waiting list
Managing the availability of guides for the various trips
Managing registrant lists
Independent customer payment in the application/website, issuing invoices
And more
We looked at several existing options on the market but did not find anything that met all of our needs. The closest was "SimplyBookMe but it does not have the advantage of connecting to Monday and some of the features miss.
We would be grateful for help from a company that thinks it can take on the challenge to find a suitable solution!
Hey @al.hashvil
I did many complex implementation based on monday.com.
You want to create kind of a web app for your customers but I’m afraid that monday.com is not the tool for that.
IMO, you need to develop kind of a web app that integrates with monday.com as your back office.
I’m pretty sure you will have to hire an agency that know monday.com and has also software development services.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or you want to work on that project together.

Hi, in my opinion the biggest challenge with these types of apps is predicting all the details involved—things like dynamic scheduling, user management, payments, and integrations can get complex quickly.
To make sure you cover all aspects and avoid missing crucial features, I’d recommend doing some research on similar solutions and best practices. A good place to start would be reading some articles about tourism mobile app development, which can provide insights into key features, challenges, and industry standards. This way, you can plan ahead and ensure your app meets all your business needs effectively.
