Building Automated Updates Using Board Fields

Is anyone else having an issue when creating automated updates that include any of the prebuilt buttons to link info from the fields in your board the info is not showing up? How did you fix this?

Hey @Kelsey_Sylvester78! Would you be able to share a screenshot so we can get a better understanding of what’s occurring on your end? Are fields you’ve chosen to include in notifications appearing blank in some instances? If so, can you let us know the type of columns that this is occurring for?

Here is a screenshot of the recipe as well as the update it was posting, which was not showing the info I asked it to reference.

I was able to fix this issue by renaming the item terminology in settings from “Job #” to “Job Number” and it worked the way it was supposed to.
