I´ve seen that I can only track goals from number columns. Is there a workarround to display calculated formula data?
I.E., for each project I calculate the gross margin. At the end of the month, I would love to know what is the gross margin sum of all done projects vs my goal (fixed costs). This helps me to understand if I am bellow or above my “floating line”.
I am actually using the number widget, sum option of gross margin column, filtering by done project. It is OK, but as you developed the goal widget, this could improve it a lot.
Yeh need to add this as most totals end up being formulas rather than numbers columns. You want your totals used towards a goal so this widget would improve tenfold by adding formula columns.
There is a native integration with monday.com called General Caster that can take numbers from Formula columns and project them in Number columns that will make it readable for the Goals Widget to show!
