Are you referring to the The Numbers Widget?

If so, it is not possible to customize the colors or design of the Numbers Widget but you could make your own design on a different image or PDF and then use the Embed Everything widget to bring it into your Dashboard.

This widget helps you to set a color based on thresholds. And also you can add a message below the number to explain what the number means.
