Cannot return null for non-nullable field Document.id

Dear Monday.com team,

When using the create_doc API request, we intermittently get following internal Monday.com error:
Cannot return null for non-nullable field Document.id

This seems to be due to a validation done internally by Monday.com on the response against the GraphQL schema.

Is this is a known bug? How often do others experience this?
