why doesnt the general search include the phone column on monday?
often customer’s call asking us to provide an update on their project and leave only a phone number. The general search board doesnt show anything. i have to go into each individual board and search phone numbers in there. it is really time consuming. any fix for this?

This is very odd - you should be able to search for phone numbers and see results! Are you typing them in a specific format?
I just tested it out on my end and wrote the number with no spaces like this: 1234567890
Try that in an incognito window and if you’re still running into these issues, get in contact with our support team here!
