Since our initial launch of the PhoneBurner App on monday.com back in April '21, we’ve been hard at work trying to perfect the app. This led us to uncovering our biggest roadblock: Multiple Authentication (Multi-Auth). What’s the big deal?
Before perfecting this component, there was no way to authentic multiple accounts at once, meaning you couldn’t have more than one representative working on PhoneBurner within a monday.com account.
Using Board Views we’re able to integrate PhoneBurner directly into your boards, allowing for a seamless launch of Dial Sessions . And thanks to Multi-Auth teams of any size can now take advantage of all the PhoneBurner monday.com app features.
Another core feature we’ve introduce is Note Tracking . Taking notes is a staple on PhoneBurner, so we made sure that your notes will track back to monday.com without any additional effort on your end.
We’re not done here, there still much more planned for the PhoneBurner app. From additional integrations like Two-Way Sync , Email Tracking , Automatic Appointment Setting and Custom Fields , to an enhanced Board View providing you with a Reporting Dashboard to overview performance.
