I’m reaching out because my team is in dire need of a phone dialer and text integration that can integrate seamlessly with Monday. I know there are a few out there, but it seems rather limited to just a few. Looking for recommendations, pros/cons of each integration that companies are using.
The usage we need is to be able to dial directly from Monday, with that we would like to record our conversations and store them in Monday, as well as having a text record for any SMS messages we send/receive.
Having some difficulty finding the correct integration that we need and it is just wasting time with all the trial integrations just in setting them up.

HubSpot Calling & SMS Add-On
Pros:
If you’re already using HubSpot, this integrates seamlessly with Monday through its CRM sync.
Logs calls, SMS, and email in one place.
Provides call recording and tracking features.
Cons:
HubSpot costs can escalate quickly if using premium tools.
Requires syncing between Monday and HubSpot, which can add complexity.
Recommendation:
If you’re looking for a direct, user-friendly integration, JustCall or Aircall are excellent choices for dialing, SMS, and recording functionality within Monday. If you’re open to a bit of customization, Twilio with automation platforms like Integromat or Zapier offers unmatched flexibility.
Would you like more details on how to set up any of these?
I hope u find good answer.
Best Regards

Hi @Clover_Gal no I have not just yet. We trialed out one of the integrations (I think it was Just call) but it turns out that it uses extensive RAM on the computer so we had to look for more options. We cant be the only one who needs a Phone/Text option, we would like to record the calls as well as be able to text from within Monday.
Its cumbersome to constantly have to do updates in Monday. Really hope someone has solved this problem, should be a pretty common issue for anyone with a CRM.
I’ve set up automations where a new item triggers a text, and updates from texts are posted as updates in Monday—works smoothly once you link the right webhooks and fields.
I got this working by connecting my sip trunk provider directly through a webhook that triggers when a new item is created. From there, I used an automation that sends the needed payload, and the provider handles the call or text. Works fine for quick updates without needing to open another tab or app.
Totally get it, the “trial setup” time adds up fast. Here are a few options that usually work well with Monday for calling plus SMS and logging.
Aircall
Pros: Easy to adopt, solid click to dial, call logging and recordings.
Cons: Can get pricey as you scale, SMS behavior depends on region/setup.
CloudTalk
Pros: Good for calls plus SMS with clean logging and recordings, and keeping Monday as the place your team checks activity.
Cons: Worth confirming SMS coverage and how message history is written into your board.
JustCall
Pros: Fast to set up, supports calls and texting, sales friendly workflows.
Cons: Some features sit behind higher plans, sync depth varies by use case.
Twilio with Make or Zapier
Pros: Most flexible if you want full control over how calls and texts get stored in Monday.
Cons: Not plug and play, setup and maintenance take time.
