Monday.com already integrates with so many gsuite products - would love to see an integration with Google Voice (esp. for the CRM module) to allow calling/texting right from the Emails & Activities area. Or even just native capability to send SMS from the Emails & Activities section to a phone number listed in the pulse.
Anyone know of any other integrations that could send texts from the platform?
This would be amazing! Twilio seems to be the only option right now. I’m a user of Twilio and it’s very complex to get set up for one number, let alone setting up your whole team with individual numbers to call and text from.

Yes, please integrate with Google Voice! 
We are currently considering building an integration for Google Voice. Since Google does not have an API for it and doesn’t offer any other integrations (e.g., Make, Zapier), we are thinking of creating a workaround.

Great idea! While Monday.com doesn’t natively integrate with Google Voice I can build a custom Make.com automation to bridge the gap, allowing you to call or send SMS directly from the Emails & Activities section in Monday.com.
Here’s how it would work:
Google Voice API Integration – Trigger calls/texts from Monday.com CRM.
Auto-Logging Communications – Store SMS/call history inside Monday.com for easy tracking.
Alternative SMS Options – If Google Voice API is limited, we can use
Twilio, ClickSend, or Plivo for texting.
User-Friendly Setup– Simple buttons in Monday.com to initiate communication instantly.
