Monday Service: additional source for ticketing?

Hello,

I think Monday Service could be benefitial for my activities but i’m a bit suprised by the lack of source to access the serive: if i’m not mistaken only emails are included. What about other sources like phone calls ? Messaging ?

Any idea if it can be natively added to this suite ?

Thanks
Guillaume

Hey @Krunchy, just checked the Elevate 2024 recording, and the monday service website - doesn’t look like it is coming any time soon.

Aircall is great for calls, and you have multiple options for SMS integrations (may depend on what is available in your country - Run Gopher looks like a decent choice, and were responsive to enquiries which is always a great sign).

You can trial monday here - [monday.com: Your team's growth made easy | Sign Up](https://monday.com free trial) which should allow you to try the monday Service product for 14 days. You can sign up to Aircall here (It should give you a 7 day free trial automatically, if it doesn’t you can google find it via google search) [Get started | Aircall](https://Aircall Sign up)

Thanks Bruce.

I know about all the third parties possibilities - already connnected Whatsapp and phone call to Work OS - but as we are speaking af a dedicated solution, a native solution for theses sources should be integrated by default (even for an internal service).

Best,
Guillaume

That would be awesome. Does that exist on other CRMs/platforms?

If you think about Zendesk, Zohodesk and others yes (i know these software are not CRM’s and there are customers oriented but in the end Monday service will target this too)

We currently use Freshdesk which is a Ticket management system, that does integrate with email and a range of social media channels incl WhatApp and Facebook. We think think the feed through Zapier into the CRM.

Hi @Krunchy,

We built an app that does exactly this. It’s called SuperSend. It allows you to communicate over whatsapp, imessage and telegram on monday.

We are adding constantly adding features.

You can check it out here: SuperSend - monday.com Marketplace

And let us know what you think?

I don’t know if is related, but it would be amazing if one could create tickets via a integration with Google Chat.

In my case, Google Chat is the primary source for any demands.

To be able to create tickets I use “forward to inbox” in the Chat combined with an Gmail integration to create item. It’s ok, but it is rather instable.

Happy new year!

See ya
